Isaiah 40:28-31 (New King James Version)
28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the LORD, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. 29 He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, 31 But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
On this Lord's Day just a prayer to stray strong. When you feel attacked and you don't wont to praise and lift up the name of the Lord today, remember HE IS THE EVERLASTING GOD! Resist the devil as the book of James states and he will flee.
Worship the Lord in "spirit and in truth".
Daddy, we ask that you overpower us today with Your strength today. We ask that you "bind up" the deceiver and loosen up Your Spirit. May our eyes be wide open when You show up today. Search us and remove any pride.
